Requests to address the Board of Commissioners must be received by 12:00 noon, and a minimum of one week prior to the Tuesday commission meeting.

The County Commission meetings are held twice per month. The Work Session is held the 2^nd Tuesday of each month at 6:00 pm and the Voting Session is held the 4^th Tuesday of each month at 6:00 pm. All meetings are opened to the public and held in the Opal Cannon Auditorium of the T. Page Tharp Governmental Building located at 102 Starksville Avenue North, Leesburg, Georgia 31763.
