Temporary or portable sign will have fixed lighting only (no flashing). Sign permit and fee will be applied for, approval given and fee paid in the Lee County Building Inspection Office prior to the placement of temporary or portable sign. Sign must be located no closer than fifteen (15) feet from any public street right of way.
